It is well with my soul...

It has been a long while since I've posted. All is well with my soul.

I hope you will join me in praying for the health and welfare of our troops and their families.

I remember my time in the military as if it were yesterday. I always lived in fear that a war would break out during my tour of duty. Thank God it didn't. I can't tell you how much respect I have for the military men and women who are risking their lives daily in the course of fulfilling their duties.

May God bless them and protect them all and bring them home to their families soon. Likewise, may God influence world leaders to negotiate a swift end to this conflict.
