Breakfast: Grape Nuts, skimmed milk, coffee. Cereal and coffee both supplemented with sugar.
Mid-Morning Snack: Hard-boiled egg.
Lunch: Hamburger, fries, coke.
Mid-afternoon Snack: Egg white only from hard-boiled egg.
Dinner: Boiled okra, olive rolls, low-fat turkey slices.
